What are the session rates, and what’s included?
Christmas mini sessions are priced at $200. Each session lasts for 20 minutes and includes 10 photos. Additional images can be purchased in your online gallery at a rate of $15 per image.
Where are the sessions taking place?
In-house studio in Airdrie, Alberta.
Deposit and payment policy
Please pay in full via Interac E-transfer to Tlphotographyca@gmail.com or via the booking link within 2 days of booking to secure your spot. If you do not make a deposit within 2 days of booking, your spot will be cancelled.
In case of an emergency 5 days or less from the appointment date, we can reschedule your session within the next 10 days. If a meeting is rescheduled once, the payment automatically becomes non-refundable.
We can reschedule an appointment only once. After, the payment will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book a new appointment.
For a cancelation or rescheduling request in less than 48h, the deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required for a new appointment.
The NO SHOW deposit will be retained, and you must make another deposit payment if you want to schedule another session.
Being late for more than 15 min an appointment will be considered and treated as a no show.
When can I expect my images to be ready?
Your proofing gallery will be delivered by the Wednesday following your session. You will have a three-day window to make your image selections and pay for any additional images. After that, your edited images will be ready for download on the following Wednesday. The total turnaround time, assuming prompt selection, is 1.5 weeks.
How will I receive my images?
You will receive an email containing a link to an online gallery. Please note that you won’t be able to download images from the proofing gallery. Once you’ve made your selections and the edited images are uploaded, you will be able to download all of them. All images will be in high resolution and print-ready. You also have the option to order cards directly from your gallery or through your preferred method. Your gallery will remain active for one year, so it is your responsibility to download and archive your images before it expires.
Good to know:
These sessions are 20 minutes in length and will be scheduled in succession. Please remember to think of your baby or toddler’s nap schedule before booking your photography session. Please DO NOT interrupt the session if you happen to arrive early.
Please make sure everyone comes fully dressed for the session.
For families with small children, we recommend arriving early, waking your baby in the car 10-15 min prior to your session to spend some quiet time in the car, or walk around outside.
